Концерт гудачки октет РОКТЕТ/ROCTET String Octet (ХОЛАНДИЈА)

Са великим задовољством нстичемо да ће овогодишњу „ЈЕСЕЊУ СОНАТУ“  у  понедјељак 12. октобра отворити свјетски признат Гудачки октет РОКТЕТ (ROCTET Sting Octet) из Холандије – један од најаутентичнијих и најактивнијих ансамбала данашње савремене камерне сцене. У питању је први стални гудачки октет у Холандији, који је  од оснивања до данас изградио снажну међународну репутацију, остварио велики број гостовања у престижним концертним дворанама, те добио изузетно позитивне рецензије и критике за свој рад.

Посебно мјесто у њиховој каријери заузима наступ у чувеној Великој дворани Concertgebouw у Амстердаму, док је њихов актуелни албум CHANGES из 2025. године номинован за престижну награду Edison Klassiek 2025 у категорији камерне музике. РОКТЕТ његује репертоар који спаја велике класике и нова дјела, настојећи да гудачки октет позиционира као равноправан и самосталан жанр камерне музике.

Сви концерти у оквиру фестивала биће одржани у Концертној дворани Банског двора с почетком у 20.00 часова. Још једном напомињемо да цијена улазнице за свако фестивалско вече износи 10 КМ а улазниће ће бити доступне на билетарници Банског двора од уторка 22. септембра, сваким радним даном од 12.00 до 18.00 часова.

ROCTET STRING OCTET is the Netherlands’ first permanent string octet and has held a unique position in the chamber music world since its founding in 2016. Known for its expressive and energetic playing style, the ensemble performs on national and international stages and regularly appears in live radio and television broadcasts. A particular highlight of its career was its acclaimed debut in the Great Hall of the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.

In January 2025, Roctet released its second album, CHANGES, featuring a new work by renowned Dutch composer Theo Loevendie, written especially for the ensemble. The album also includes Respighi’s Octet and George Enescu’s monumental Octet. For this recording, Roctet was nominated for the prestigious Edison Klassiek 2025 Award in the Chamber Music category, further affirming the ensemble’s leading position within the Dutch chamber music scene. The album received enthusiastic reviews in the press. Trouw praised the ensemble’s “incredible precision and joie de vivre”, while Het Parool described the recording as “a little piece of magic” that repeatedly moves the listener to tears.

Roctet released its debut album, Novoselye – Housewarming, in 2020 on Challenge Records International. The album features works by Felix Mendelssohn and Dmitri Shostakovich, as well as the world premiere recording of Novoselye by Russian violinist and composer Nikolay Afanasyev.

With a relentless commitment to expanding the repertoire for string octet, Roctet continues to promote this distinctive chamber music genre. By bringing together great classical works and new, groundbreaking compositions, the ensemble seeks to establish the string octet as a fully independent and artistically versatile chamber formation.
